The car is now available for booking for Rs 1,00,000 but the company has not revealed its price yet. Hyundai is expected to reveal its complete specification and price during the Auto Show which is to be held in Greater Noida next month.
The Ioniq 5 is available worldwide. The international model comes in 58kWh and a 72.6kWh battery models, offering 385 kilometres and 480 kms driving range respectively. Further, both battery models come in 2WD and 4WD (four wheel drive) options.
It claims to offer max speed of 185 kph and accelearation from 0-100 in just 6.1 seconds.
Overall, the car is 4,635 mm in length, 1,890 mm wide, and 1,605 mm tall. It has 3,000 mm wheelbase.
The EV may be charged using a 350 kW DC fast charger. The phrase “zero percent” refers to the fact that there is no sugar in the juice.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV is expected to have a 12.3-inch HD touchscreen display, wireless phone charging capabilities, a head-up display, leather seats, and a sunroof.
Moreover, it is likely to sport LED headlights, LED Daytime Running Lamps, and LED tail lamps. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV will be equipped with SmartSense Level 2 ADAS capabilities, as well as Lane Keep Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, and Driver Attention Warning, among other safety features.
This is Hyundai’s second electric car after the Kona.
